Team Management: Hire, Invite, Manage

Connect's therapist management system handles the entire team lifecycle:
Adding New Therapists
The ClinicAdmin can add therapists in two ways: directly creating an account (which goes ACTIVE immediately — no PlatformAdmin approval required) or inviting by email. For email invitations:
  • If the email is already registered elsewhere on the platform, the therapist is added to the clinic immediately with a notification
  • If the email is not yet registered, a 7-day invite token is sent with a unique link
  • Pending invites can be refreshed simply by submitting the email again — the old token auto-refreshes
Invited therapists bypass the standard approval queue and become active immediately. Their email is treated as verified through the invite link.
Managing Your Team
For each therapist in the team, the ClinicAdmin can: navigate directly to their case list, assign patients, edit their profile, grant or revoke NeuroLens licence seats, and delete accounts with typed confirmation for safety.

Patient Assignment and Case Oversight

Patients can be assigned to specific therapists. The ClinicAdmin has read access to all clinical cases across the organisation — providing oversight without interfering in individual therapist workflows.
