Business Development Manager
What You Will Work On
You'll drive clinic, hospital, and school partnerships for Gabify's three-product ecosystem — Neurolens, Connect, and Care. This means end-to-end ownership of the sales pipeline: prospecting clinics from our growing database, running product demos, negotiating and closing partnership/subscription deals, and managing onboarding handoffs. You'll work closely with the founders on pricing conversations, represent Gabify at healthcare and parenting events, and help build repeatable, scalable outbound and inbound sales motions as we expand across cities.
What We Are Looking For
Someone with a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally selling into healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, or schools. Comfortable with a full-cycle sales role — prospecting to closing — and energized by working at an early-stage startup where process is still being built. Strong communicator who can speak credibly to doctors, therapists, and clinic administrators about a values-driven, mission-critical product. Based in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi NCR.
